These are the policies of Agios Germanos hotel, in Prespa Lakes:

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, there is no charge

In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival and in case of no show, 30% of total booking cost is charged as cancellation fee.

Children Policy:

Children under the age of 6, stay with parents for free

Late check out policy:

Late check-out until 18:00 is possible with 50% of room charge
