Late check-out until 18:00 is possible with 50% of room charge
Policy on children staying with parents:
Childer under the age of 6, stay with parents for free
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, there is no charge
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, 30% of the deposit is charged
In case of No-show, 30% of the deposit is charged

We had a dream: We believed in our village's beauty and history and of course its potentials, so we decided to renovate the old family house into a warm and friendly guesthouse.
With respect to the local architecture, a lot of research and careful selection of the materials and workers, the old abandoned house is now the diamond of the area, and we are proud about it!
Although we used to live in the city , now due to our love for our guesthouse, the village and the area of Prespa, we almost live here permanently….and we are really happy about it!!!
We are also happy that many people having us as an example started to renovate their own old stone houses, and now the village of Agios Germanos is again full of live and has many beautiful guesthouses with friendly owners ready to welcome you!!!
